Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. We will cover the cost of return shipping. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately, within 48 hours of receipt, if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us at support@atiredrobot.com to arrange the exchange. Once your return is accepted, we will process the exchange for you. Alternatively, you may return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item.
14-day cooling-off period
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, if you are a customer in the United Kingdom, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 14 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Statutory Rights
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or other applicable legislation.
